Common Questions

Most Popular Questions

Everything you need to know before your Galápagos cruise aboard Natural Paradise.
How many passengers does Natural Paradise carry?

Natural Paradise accommodates up to 16 guests in 9 cabins distributed across the Upper, Main, and Lower decks. Our 9-person crew plus a Cruise Director and a bilingual Naturalist Guide ensure personalized service throughout the journey.

We offer four itinerary options: two 8-day cruises (A and B, Tuesday to Tuesday), a 5-day cruise (Tuesday to Saturday), and a 4-day cruise (Saturday to Tuesday). Each visits different islands so you can combine them for longer stays without repeating sites.

The price includes accommodation aboard Natural Paradise, all meals and snacks, purified water/coffee/tea, daily guided excursions with a certified bilingual Naturalist Guide, snorkeling equipment and wetsuits, kayaks and paddle boards, airport transfers in the Galápagos, and the welcome cocktail.

Not included: international and domestic flights (Quito/Guayaquil – Galápagos), Galápagos National Park entrance fee (USD 200), INGALA transit card (USD 20), alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, travel insurance, tips for the crew and guide, and personal expenses.

The Galápagos is a year-round destination. The warm-wet season (December–May) brings calmer seas and warmer water for snorkeling. The cool-dry season (June–November) offers richer marine life and ideal conditions for wildlife observation. Every month has its own highlights.

You can request availability through our contact form or directly via WhatsApp. A deposit is required to confirm the reservation, with the balance due prior to embarkation. Our team will share the full booking terms and cancellation policy at the moment of quotation.

All passengers need a valid passport (at least 6 months of validity). No specific vaccines are required for the Galápagos, though standard travel vaccinations are recommended. Visitors must complete the Galápagos biosafety form before arrival and pay the National Park entrance fee upon landing.
